How do I obtain support for Zashi?

If you have any questions about using Zashi, need help with an error, or would like to provide feedback, we'd love to hear from you.

If you're technically-inclined and would like to file a bug report with instructions for reproducing, you may file an issue in the relevant repository on our GitHub.

We will never ask for your recovery phrase!

Do not give your recovery phrase to anyone. Anyone asking for your recovery phrase, or inviting you to file a ticket anywhere other than by e-mailing our address above, is trying to scam you. Anyone with your seed phrase will be able to spend your Zcash.

We will never DM you first on Discord, Telegram, 𝕏, or elsewhere. If in any doubt as to whether you're communicating with the Zashi team, e-mail our support address above immediately.
