Exporting a tax file

Zodl allows you to export a spreadsheet of your incoming and outgoing transaction history, which is useful for accounting purposes.

Each export covers the previous calendar year, excluding transactions made before and since then. The format is in .csv, which can be opened by such applications as LibreOffice Calc, Apple Numbers, and Microsoft Excel.

Exporting the file

Go to: '...' menu > More > Advanced Settings > Export Tax File

Tap 'Download'.

Your Android or iOS share menu will pop up, prompting you for what to do with it.

⚠️ Note! This file contains unencrypted data about your transactions. Only send or save this data locally or on encrypted services. E-mailing yourself the file, for example, will expose this data in the clear.

  • Date
  • Received Quantity
  • Received Currency (ZEC)
