When are funds spendable?

Your Zcash is spendable in Zodl when it is shielded and has a minimum number of confirmations.

If you've recently received ZEC, or spent it, then you'll need to await confirmations on the Zcash blockchain before it can be spent.

Awaiting necessary confirmations

The block times for Zcash are 75 seconds each.

For incoming transactions to your Zodl wallet, a transaction will need 10 confirmations before spending (12.5 minutes).

When you spend from Zodl, the change from that transaction will need 3 confirmations before you're able to spend it again (3.75 minutes).

Viewing currently spendable funds

To view which funds are currently spendable, tap on 'Send'.

Below your total balance, if you see the line 'Spendable' with an amount, tap on the arrows nearby for a widget that breaks down what funds are currently able to be spent.

Tap 'Spend', then expand 'Spendable' to see a breakdown.
